(yes, I know..it's dead on 40.07) (actually, i was on a time travel trip back to talk with TJ in 1803...but he wasn't home!) Did I ever tell you my GGG Grandmother lived on the farm next to Thomas Jefferson? She loved him. According to "old nannah", she and her mother would often visit Monticello on "holidays", because Jefferson gave grand picnics. and "Uncle Tom" would always give her "rock candy".

(do you have your thinking caps on?_ The display in the Fed lobby was discussing the "urban legend" that the Wizard of Oz movie was all about the Federal Reserve System & UK Crown...! I had run across that before but was really surprised to see the Fed "admit" it. Regrettably, as always, the public face of the FED is always a big fat "MEME"!

If you're an investor trying to buy American you should know that, according to the US General Accounting Office, virtuallly every single ounce of gold, silver, platinum or coal mined in Canada belongs to the "Crown" of England. That doesn't mean Parliament..that means the Crown. Her Majesty Queen "Eliza-bitch". (darn that spell chequer!)

We can infer from that..that if a Canadian company such as the Barricks of the world, own most of the Gold, Silver, Coal and Uranium mines in the Western States (which they do)...you can bet your "Spanking New Blue Back Dollars" that most of it is on its way to the "Wicked" FREAKING "Witch Of The East" (op cite) whose face and hands, I might add...were an absolutely LOVELY shade of BLUE/GREEN as Well! Personally, i'd rather invest in American companies...the others just don't need our money or our loyalty. Now, I know that may shock you but zorro has been jumping up and down for 6 years here at memes to tell investors that the British aren't coming...they came..they conquered...they're gone..they've taken ALL of our precious metals..and they left an "empty shell of caramel" in their place.

From the Queen's perspective, the US investory has done a great job giving her more money...so she's giving us all treats on "Guy Folkkes Day"? Who's he? So any way, in l958 the US and the UK Signed a "nuclear Pact" where the United States agreed to NEVER use it Nukes unless it go permissioin from the UK. That agreement was enacted under Eisenhower between 1958 and 1961.

But, don't blame Eisenhower. The Queen has demanded that EVERY single US President re-new the Pledge ever since. Of course, she is he BOSS. Everybody did it willingly..including Bush 1, Bush 2, Clinton, Reagan, & Carter. Kennedy balked...and I wonder if he died because of it. The US Department of Energy and British Ministry of Defence yesterday detonated a sub-critical nuclear weapons test -'Vito' - at the Nevada Test Site. 'Vito' was the 16th sub-critical nuclear weapons test in the current series conducted there by the US Department of Energy, and the first exploded jointly with the British.

The Nevada Test Site is on Western Shoshone land in Nevada - their land is subject to the Treaty of Ruby Valley - rather than honouring the Treaty, the US and Britishgovernments have used the land for nuclear weapons tests since 1945, and have turned it into a radioactive wasteland.

From 1951 to 1992, 928 full scale nuclear weapons tests were conducted on Western Shoshone land - 100 either above ground or in the atmosphere, and 828 underground.

(Now..where does that pesky little "Area 5-1" sit, in relation to the "Ruby Slipper: treaty?--OH Danny BOY!)

So, getting back to my stupid story above Steve Fossett...it appears now that there is a question whether or not he was "Murdered"..."Dragooned" on Federal Govt Land or on British Govt Land. What's the motive to Kill Fossett, A US Citizen on a British Reservation? What really happened out there. In fact a British Air Force officer holds the land speed record it set at Black Rock, in Nevada. Black Rock is dead center in the Shoshone Ruby Treaty Land. Was Fossett getting too close?

Well, it does appear that Fossett may have run afoul of a "monstrous" international Nuclear Bru-hardy-hardy-har-har about the site he chose for his "test run". May be was scouting for something else.

ondon - In an authoritative legal opinion released today, Rabinder Singh QC and Professor Christine Chinkin have concluded that "it is strongly arguable that the renewal of the Mutual Defence Agreement" - a special arrangement between the US and Britain for exchanging nuclear information, technology and material - "is in breach of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty".

Their conclusion has potentially far reaching consequences for Britain's nuclear weapons programme, which has been dependent on the Mutual Defence Agreement (MDA) since 1958. Renewing the MDA paves the way for replacing the Trident nuclear weapons system, options for which are already being considered.

On June 14, President Bush recommended the amended US text for Congressional consideration, saying "it is in our interest to continue to assist [the United Kingdom] in maintaining a credible nuclear force". In conflict with this is the "unequivocal undertaking" given by the nuclear weapon states in 2000 "to accomplish the total elimination of their nuclear arsenals leading to nuclear disarmament", in accordance with their NPT obligations.

Of course, those who have followed "zorro-ese" for the past few months already know that Prescott Bush/Bush family are the primary coordinators for the UK nuclear system and that the UK is basially trying to shut down the US arsenal over a dispute involving UK patent rights in our warheads. Get this! The man who wrote the opinion is with the "Matrix"! Is this the UK/US MATRIX? Again, a few months ago, i memed about President Kennedy being shocked to find out the Pentagon had no "Nukes" ready to go during the Bay of Pig invasion. So how could something run so crazy? How could Fossett have gotten in the middle? Well, let's go to the actual title of the "Ruby Slipper" Treaty..where you cn ONLY get there by "a flying house" in the middle of a "tornado/a-bomb blast".

It was up to Eisenhower...remember..this is most likely the trigger for his "Military-Industrial" complex speech. Especially when you realize that General Electric (Rockefeller) was the ONLY company in the US licensed by the British to manufacture "uranium-based" weapons products and reactors. It would have been natural for "IKE" to have warned everyone that the "political best interests of the American citizens may not be best served by a merger of Rockefeller, the Oil COmpanies and the British Crown."

The Treaty Included, The United States, Great Britain and NOrthern Ireland For MUTUAL DEFENSE. What that means is, many of the accidents and events that never occurred to anyone to be terrorist acts...could well have been the operation of "IRish Terrorists". So, could Fossett have run afoul of "Irish Terrorists"...to make a political point?
