Fossett Had To Get "Vanished"...No Need To Start Investigating The "murder"; Not "Dead" For 7 Years!

Several years ago, a leading Constitutional scholar wrote a secret letter to the Clinto white house suggesting a "terror" strategy that would avoid Constitutional and judicial limitations on the investigation of planned terrorist acts. In that "scenario" was the "vanishing" justice ploy. In the "vanishing justice" ploy...US Laws on "missing persons" and "presumptions of death" could actually be successfully used in ALL cases to defeat most murder investigations, especially if the "disappearance" occured on Federal Property, an Indian Reservation or territory "leased" to a "foreign sovereignty". I think that Las Vegas is the perfect "community" for extra-legal operations to take place beause it fits ALL the criteria. Fossett may be dead..but there is NO proof of murder..therefore NO murder investigation for HIM or the other 437 missing flights in Nevada & Area 51.
