Putin Honors George Koval.."Just Another US Soldier/Army Corps Of Eng/Saboteur/ Special Warfare Training & Atomic Spy

According to Putin..Koval was born in Iowa...educated in the Soviet Union,  returned to the US as a Doctorate in Nuclear Physicis then trained in the US  Army Special Warfare Operations..at City College in Manhattan.  Since the Manhattan Project was run by the US Army Corps of Engineers..it appears that PUTIN is letting you know that zorro's memes on the US ACE (Army Corps of Engineers) and Special Warfare training is actually the greatest threat to US Security...we have ever known.  It wouldn't surprise me that the term "Al Qaeda" is just a "cover" for US Ace Global Operations.  Makes you wonder whether the "Levee" in New Orleans was "gamed"! zorro (now is the time to fear!)
