Tonight ABC News had an item about possible misuse of a HHS aircraft
by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. It seems he is using an
aircraft for speaking engagements and the like, while that aircraft is
supposed to be limited for use in emergencies. The item went on to
show that several times, when HHS needed the plane for emergency
transport use, they had to lease another plane instead. When they
depicted the leased plane I noticed it was N524PA, which is one of the

Gray Birds

Gulfstream Aircraft

Aerial Target Towing
Phoenix Air has modified most of its Learjets and Gulfstream G-I aircraft to provide aerial target towing services. Company specialists install the Meggitt Defense Systems RM-30 two-way Tow Reel onto aircraft external hard points. An operator inside the aircraft controls these tow reels. The RM-30 allows the aerial target to be released and deployed up to 30,000-feet behind the aircraft on either a high-strength metal wire or non-radar reflective Kevlar cord. At completion of the mission, the target can be reeled back to the aircraft and stowed for landing, allowing expensive arrays to be used multiple times.

Commercial Airborne Electronic Combat Services Program

CAECSP is a follow-on program for an airborne high-power radar jamming aircraft replacing the Navy’s EC-24 aircraft following the EC-24’s retirement from service. Phoenix Air won this competitively bid contract by offering two highly modified Gulfstream G-I aircraft with crew, equipment and maintenance for high-power “A” thru “J” band radar jamming and communications jamming. what has been told about you might be exact (fool etc etc etc) BUT
no one can deny you have put a lot of work getting information.
Your assumptions are not baseless as long as we get illegal activities known and documented by other sources (such as abductions in newspapers).
It is quite upsetting to see US citizens being brainwashed again and again about being under attack, need to have firearm to defend themselves....particularly in an era where all types of weapons exist where no enemy has to be on the ground (biological, chemical, etc).
So much happiness is available. It does not deprive anyone if one is happy.
Education, knowledge, physical activities, reasoning, ideas, music, contemplation,...all are available for free and can keep each of us busy for a lifetime.
Too bad people in powers do not see it that way (anywhere in the world not only in USA).
We can be quite an interesting bunch when we hang together.
Not that pleasant when our armies fight each other at great cost to all.

I am one of the few victims that have survived to tell the tale of Phoenix Air and thier evil ways. One time I was in Hawaii and this man jump out from behind a palm tree with a needle filed with with vodkapentathol. The man shot the contents of the needle into a shot glass and force it down my throat. I was so scared. The next thing I knew i was having a three way with Anna Nicole Smith and UBL. It was horrible.... but kinda nice!! In fact I hope to meet up with those guys again.
There are Phoenix aircraft flying over American cities right now! Their electronic equipment is capable of reading thought, as well as killing from great distance. The ONLY way remain safe from these airborne assassins is to stay indoors and wear foil on your head, at all times. I work as a pilot for the evil Phoenix Air, was a crewman on many of the flights that you scandalize, and strangely enough have no recollection of any passengers that we "rendited" to Gitmo or any other locale. It's true that our company operates all over the world, that we haul hazardous materials, and that we are a DOD contractor, but Dude, get a grip on that imagination. The majority of the flights that you cite were Air Ambulance flights (that was one of those pages on the public website that you conveniently didn't post) where a patient was being moved either to their home or to a certain location for treatment. Sorry that doesn't have the bite of a "rendition", but like I said, usually the real world is just so much more boring.
Since you didn't bother to ask anyone for any real info before spewing your drivel on the web, I'll take the liberty of giving you the condensed lesson on air ambulance flights. Imagine you're abroad (you'd have to go outside) and you suffer a serious injury or sickness, to a point where your condition prevents you from riding the airlines home. What to do? For starters, you wind up in the local healthcare system. Now I'm certain you've got a bag-full of conspiracy theories on the US healthcare system and how socialized medicine is sent from heaven, but I really don't care. Just wait till you crack your spine in South America and then tell me where you'd rather be. Anyway, you quickly realize that you want to go home but it's going to take a legitimate mobile critical care unit to get you there. That's when Phoenix Air or one of dozens of other companies gets a call for an air ambulance movement. The aircraft is basically an airborne ER, staffed with whatever medical technicians are required for the patient's condition. Sorry to bust your bubble, no political prisoners, just a flight crew, a med crew, and somebody wanting to go home.

I have been there once. I got a call from the office at 8:30 one night, they needed a crew down there in a hurry. I kissed my wife and daughter goodnight (us evil renditers have families too!) and headed for the airport. The secret mission we were on was to pick up a beautiful 4 year old girl, the child of someone stationed there, and rush her to an operating room in Miami. You see, she had been bitten on the face by a dog, and had just a few short hours to get to a surgeon in Miami before irreparable scarring set in. We carried a worried mother and an angelic little girl for a short flight in the middle of the night to see a doctor. This was one of those times when I loved job.
