US State Dept May Have Paid To Train 9/11 Terrorists In Special Operations?

The "meme" of your government at work..."WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE PEOPLE, WITHOUT ANY REGARD FOR THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE, WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE BY THE PEOPLE! In fact, it appears the US State Dept spends more to train foreign Muslim troops in the US than their country of origin.  On page 24 of the pdf document cited above, is a complete accounting of the governments that the US Congress is paying (IMET-funds) to train and the State Dept is training.  Most of those nations have extenisve Human Rights Violations.

Since, most of those nations have "muslim" majorities...maybe you can begin to figure out where this is going.  The nations that the US Congress has specically authorized hundreds of millions of dollars in IMET (International Military) funding..Soviet Georgia, Slovenia, Armenina, Albania, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Laos, VENEZUELA (yes, VENEZUELA!!!) Columbia, Ecuador, Chad, Niger, Algeria, Guinea, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Ukraine, Yemen..and the list goes on.

Several times I have listened to "incredulous Faux News-Speakers" say.."why, oh why do THEY hate us so much???"  Is it that hard?  WE, you and I, fund training for  troops for  nearly every nation on earth with Human Rights Violations.  In fact, it's probably OUR training that makes them such effective "violators" in the 1st place.  Aren't we the "Torture" experts? USA...what the hell happened?

It looks to me like if Mohammad Atta, et al, did in fact have access to the Sim Center (Carlyle Group) in Opalocka, (airport managed by Executive Air/Warren Buffett subsidiary) and the NASA facilities at Embery-Riddle facilities in Daytona and Arizona...odds are their access may have been "qualified" under this US State Dept. program. (Atta's Car was found with Embry-Riddle Parking Pass? in it!)

According to the State Dept records in 2001, before September 11th, it was training citizens of foreign nations in the US..to the tune of $5,000,000,000.00 ($5.0 BILLION) PER YEAR! So, if the terrorists come after us "here at home"...it's got absolutely nothing to do with Iraq.  It's got everything to do with the fact the State Dept (aka Foggy Bottom & Secty Rice) continues to fund and train them.

We violence "addicts" call it "enabling self-destructive acting out due to issues of low self esteem!"  In other words, the State Dept HATES itself and the US Government...but it's killing YOU! It's sort of Munch-Hausen Syndrome by Proxy Terrorist! Who needs to worry about "secret" "terror cells"..all we need to fear is US miltary schools!

It's gotten so bad, 5 Kosovo "terrorists" actually attacked Ft. Dix a few weeks ago.  Why Ft. Dix?  Well, 1st of all the Fort housed 5,000 refugees from Kosovo in l988.  Damn! That's al ong time to hold a grudge? We KNOW the US State Dept trained the Kosovo military...and has been suspected of training the KLA..."hit squads".  Did they train them at Ft. Dix...WHO was their target? Did the US State Dept train ANY of the "Ft Dix Six"?

No, unless you're wondering the "State" Dept is a "misnomer" just like "Healthy Forest Initiative".  It has nothing to do with any of the 50 US "States".  The State Dept is the "dr. phil strange-love" Branch of the US Federal system that enables the US govt to extend its power and reach around the world.   Don't get me wrong...global reach is a good thing...and no, I'm not a "global hugger"!  But it seems everytime the State Dept reaches out and touches someone it's to train them how to square a rifle in their shoulder.

The State Dept steps in when and where the US Military can't quite ''SCRATCH" the problem and local police can't eliminate without lengthy trial process. In other words, not unlike President Bush who has no patience and needs to have people dead , ASAP..most "wet work" has to be done NOW.  That's when the CIA goes into action to identify the "threat to the US commercial operations" and identify the "target(s)'  (This isn't Church, people..it's not even War...it's just your "Christian soldiers out of uniform going off AS IF to War to problem solve.)

The State Dept also helps insure that the Corporate/Privatized military is trained in the appropriate use of "instant death" to protect Chevron's gold mines in Africa and South East Asia.  For example, according to the pdf cited above, DynCrap and MPRI got a $6,000,000 Pentagon contract to provide "planning" or the Columbia Police and Military, last year.

It also indicates that Numerous Foreign militaries have "hired US firms in the l990s and 2000s" including Bosnia, Columbia and Croatia.  So, you have to ask yourself the easy question...are the Foreign "militaries" separate from the Foreign "Governments" and more importantly...The State Dept is training the military while the same Governments are also hiring US Companies to kill.  I wonder if there are any US COMPANIES on the OThER side of the IRaq War.  (you betcha! God, that's nasty! But completely, legal!)

You see, we really can't call these groups "hit squads" or "death squads".  Like State Police, I'm sure they never draw their guns UNTIL after someone calls their President a US puppet.  To avoid friction, let's just say the State Dept helps train "local" Government sponsored "shootie squad  people". 

You see, we don't teach "death squads" here in the US.  But we do teach them how to create "wounds" in human flesh that may eventually cause sudden instantaneous death.  Actually we train "local Hurt Squads" here.

"Foreign Nationals are trained at over 150 locations". It appears a majority of these "foreign" (they aren't foreign...they are HERE!)  troops are trained at or through the auspices of the JFK Special  Warfare School at Fort Bragg. The home of Delta Force and the 4th US ARMY Psy Ops/Airborne Unit. No, I'm sure there's no direct connection..but maybe now know why those idiots were trying to attack Ft. Bragg. PLUS! I'm sure they pick up plenty of "tips" at the "latrine"..er I mean "Hardy's".

Curiously, the "Mission Statement" from the JFK Special Operations Training Manual, FM 3-05, begins  with these words.."The world remains a dangerous place full of unauthorized regimes, terrorist organzations and criminal organizations who combined influence extend the realm of human suffering....The threats to stability are numerous...and often times linked..."

So let me get this straight...the US State Dept is training the militaries of most of the nations that hate us.  They train these militaries on OUR strategy in fighting THEM...to the extent they represent "..regimes and criminal orgs..". I assume "unauthorized" means "not democratically elected"? 

The manual continues with training on the "Element of Surprise"..which is defined as "striking the enemy at a place and time and in a manner he is not prepared for.  Deceive the enemy or inhibit his decision making."  This is Special Warfare as the ULTIMATE DECEPTION.  (feeling vulnerable, yet!)

The Field Manual for Special Ops, date September 20, 2006; continues "The Nature Of Special Operations Warfare" (as you read this, just think about what's happened in the US since 9/11.)

1. PREEMPTION:  PsyOp directed at enemy's leadership, armed forces & population. (Media-Relations, 101! Impeach Agnew, Impeach Nixon, Ford/Rockefeller run country but were NEVER elected, Shoot Reagan/Bush takes control; Cheney/Rumsfeld excercize annual "shadow command drills"; Impeach CLinton, Dozens of Resignation of US Military; resignations of top Bush advisors;

2.DISLOCATION: Dislocate the enemy from it's positions. PsyOP support deception operations that will cause enemy to redeploy in positions favorable to our forces! (Someone Gives Stand Down Order to Norad, on 9/11). ARSOF directs "large indigenous (local terror cells)  forces to spread the enemy thin". (Prison Camp Mystery?)

ARSOF must be prepared to support any combination of offensive, stability or civil support (control) operations.  Address  the  consequences of man made or natural accidents and incidents beyond the capabilities of civilian government. (that means, insinuate insurgent troops, gain positive press, such as the FEMA/New Orleans disaster)

3. DISRUPTION: Disrupt enemy decision makers.  Attack strategic and operational targets and "Centers of Operation". (Minnesota Bridges? Dams? Port Authority of New York, New Jersey, Port of New Orleans? Transfer Control of US Ports to Dubai..an "unauthorized government".)  PsyOps directed at civilians and military leaders...as well as allies.  Stop the enemy from making counter-moves.  (Make sure Faux News calls everyone a traitor if they resist??)

4.EXPLOITATION: Attack the enemy's will to resist.  Weaken the army's resolve to fight; Separate civilians from leadership. Reduce or elminate external support. Isolate the nation.  Create the impression that too many forces exist to resist (Cheney: Hundreds of thousands of terror cells today...why is Cheney PsyOpping his own side?) Exploit Psychological Vulnerabilities (take away the Constitution!?)

5.MAIN EFFORT: Aim at a Critical Enemy vulnerability (WOrld Trade Center! Threat of Constitutional violations!  Prison Camps, unexplained!)

This is just part of the manual that we are training almost every foreign government in.  This is insane! It almost seems like the headlines of the last 6 years put us right in the middle of a "Special Warfare Operations".  But who would do this?  Who?

Look, I'd be a fool to suggest that 9/11 was an "inside" job.  I do think Cheney inadvertently gave the stand down order in the confusion. But I am also convinced that WE (State Dept/CIA/Special Ops) did actually train the people who now are trying to destroy the US and everything we stand for. In fact, we've been training them for 25 years!  Where did the id for Special Oops come from? YuP..The British Call It SAS...the founder of US Special Ops was trained at SAS.  Are the British behind all this 9/1/ offshoring crap?

Don't forget, Tim Mc Veigh trained at Delta Force/Ft. Bragg (briefly) where Linda Tripp's husband Col Bruce Tripp was a "trainer". Did he train Mc Veigh? Was he there at the same time? Did he wash Mc Veigh out? Did Mc Veign Flunk out because of the 45 pound pack?

Strangely, Linda Tripp who helped the coup v Clinton, revealed on Larry King in 2004 that she was an undercover "Delta Force/CIA operative for TWENTY YEARS...before Monica made the mistake of "confiding in her".  Coincidentally, she had not yet mustered out and still appeared to be on "Delta Force"/"Psy Ops"/Dirty Tricks payroll when she "suggested that Monica continue her relationship with the President.  Delta Force? Dirty Political Tricks? are actually Psyops?nah..couldn't happen.  Has the "line" been obliterated at Delta, Delta, Delta? Hey! Was Rove in the MILITARY?

It appears the vast majority of these foreign troops are trained at or through the auspices or had access to the JFK Center For Special Operations at Fort Bragg. In 2002, AFTER 9/11, the State Dept acceded to Bush's request to increase "Yemeni" training and add "Soviet Georgia", to the list of trainees. So, let me get this straight...we get hit by 19 guys from Yemen and Bush then enlists Yemen in the fight against terrorism...and begins training the Chenyan's who then blow up schools and Opera houses in Moscow?

Despite the fact that most of the "hijackers" coordinated operations through Pakistan the State Dept allocated them $200 MILLION! No President has EVER allocated Pakistan a DIME for military training. That's what I call lucrative... I think we need to start a "US TRAINED TERRORIST" HEDGE FUND FOR BLOWING UP US BUILDINGS! We should start a "Foreign Military Stock Exchange" and do "puts"!

"Nearly every sub-saharan state regardless of progress on human rights is on the "training list" including Angola, Brundhi, Rawanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eriterea, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, (remember the movie BLOOD DIAMONDS...looks like they got their "rap music/ska tapes" here in the US while they were being trained at Fort Bragg! JFK Special Operations. 

We may be safe in the US...but if this keeps up...it won't be safe to go anywhere else. Then again, we've all got our place ready for us in the prison compound in the Texas desert.

You can follow the link but the portion of the State Dept report I enjoyed reading about were the statistics on who we trained in 1999/2001...they included Yemen, $9.3 Million in 2000/01 alone; Pakistan 0.00, in 2001. Bush's request for $200 M for for Pakistan in 2003 was a massive "thank you" for managing the 9/11 "hit"; Eastern Europe $675 Million!!!!; Former Soviet Union $800 MILLION. 

The State Dept is actually providing the Former Soviet Union nearly ONE BILLION A YEAR while they're still licking Putin's boots, plus another $744 million in 2004.  For gosh sake! I'm no mathematician but I understand that the Soviet Union closed most of it's military bases because it need lesss than $330 Million to operate them? But they have nearly $1.0 BILLION EVERY year to train in the US!

OMG! The SOVIETs HAVE OUTSOURCED THEIR MILITARY TRAINING TO THE US BECAUSE IT"S CHEAPER! They don't NEED bases...they're using OURS!. 
No wonder Putin's got his attack "balls" back on! Bush paid for the surgery! We're beyond NUTS...this country is SUICIDAL! (enough cow bells, yet?)

I hope like HELL that Eastern Europe and the entire Old Soviet States join NATO...or we're screwed! In 5 years, Soviet Georgia will send 150 paratroops to hit the new WTC! We will all have forgotten about the BILLIONS of dollars that the State Dept gave them since 2001! It's not so far fetched. The "ex"? Commander In Chief of the entire Russian military now lives in San Francisco and Sacramento California. Michael Gorbachev...maybe you remember him.
Doesn't anybody read, any more? Gorbachev is HERE in the US s...because this is where HIS TROOPS TRAIN!  Is Gorbachev PsyOps?

Created by Congress in 1976, IMET grew out of the Vietnam-era Nixon Doctrine that aimed to avoid U.S. casualties by preparing “Asian boys to fight Asian boys.”  It didn't work then and the same policy of "IRAQI BOYS TO FIGHT IRAQI BOYS" isn't working now.

Since the mid-1990s, funding levels for this program have been rising steadily. In FY 1999, Congress provided $50 million for IMET, which trained nearly 9,000 students (usually officers) from 124 countries. The FY 2003 request of $80 million seeks funding for 133 countries and one regional group (ECOWAS in West Africa)" But, don't be confused! Many of these "extreme muslim states" actually pay the State Dept to train their military.

I'm may be a "cowbell short of a full clank" on this one, but I'll bet you blood diamonds to locusts...if you look hard enough you'll probably find the US State Dept actually trains most Global Terrorists. They trained Bin Laden...and they just can't stop!

Let's face it, the State Dept's ONLY job is to help US Companies keep "locals and environmentalists and land owners" from interfering with US mining interests in every corner of the planet? Yup! That's exactly what they do.

But as soon as the newly PsyOp trained "Foggy-Bottom Posse of Global Political Insurgents and Pragmatists" hit the ground in their native countries..they quickly start using their training.  The average officer can make "thousands a week" plundering their own people, than the measly $25 buck a week, the CNC Group is offering them to be good "cops".
