What Really Happened: New-registrations check for fraud could crash entire voter database, Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brun

Ohio's voter database was poorly constructed and cannot handle a massive check for fraud among the state's 700,000 newly registered voters, Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner said Thursday.
Brunner concluded that the checks could crash the entire state database, which contains about 8.3 million registered voters. That would be too risky a proposition with a major election a few days away.
